| I have two rifles, 1 a Bushmaster Shorty, the other a build. I got some headspace gauges today and wanted to try them out. Here is what i found: Both rifles close on the Forester .223 NOGO Gauge, both rifles DO NOT close on the Forester .223 Field gauge. Both barrels are chambered in 5.56........is this alright? I would think a "close" on a NOGO would be bad, but with both rifles???? Also both rifles have less that 1500 rnds through them. Thanks |
