Hey all, picked up some ammo today and was wondering if anyone knew what it was. It has a head stamp of LC. 96. What do you guys think?

Picked it up at our local flea market. The box of wolf will be for plinking

That looks like it might be a reload to me. Cant quite see the annealing and the neck might have a crease in it? Need better pics.

Was it boxed, or loose?
