Hey all, picked up some ammo today and was wondering if anyone knew what it was. It has a head stamp of LC. 96. What do you guys think?

That looks like it might be a reload to me. Cant quite see the annealing and the neck might have a crease in it? Need better pics.
Was it boxed, or loose?
