I used an antiseize product for the barrel nut, should I also use it for a flash hider or compensator?

You could but the need isn't the same. The brake and barrel aren't dissimilar metals. I would tell you to go without.

how do you install a FH or a compensator with out the nut to grab onto?

Well, that would depend on what kind of antiseize you used.

No one that I know uses anything on the muzzle threads, except maybe non-hardening Loctite.
