Anyone using Harris Rotating quick detach adapter?   http://www.harrisbipods.com/   Top item on this link.

Looks like a great idea if you use your bipod while hunting.  But would like some actual use reviews.
Along the same lines what length bi-pod do you use? 6-9",9-13"....

I don't have a Harris (I use an atlas) but the 6"-9" is right about perfect for prone and bench shooting 95% of the time.  The taller option may be good to clear high grass or while sitting.

I've never liked the fact that you can't pan with a bi-pod and this appears to fix that.  Maybe there is other products that I haven't seen yet...but it seems to be a pretty easily solved "problem" that no one has jumped on fixing.

I just got mine, it's awsome, not only solves the problem of Harris Bipods to rotate (right and left) but it is quick detachable so you can remove the whole thing when you want to attach something else on your lower rails like a flashlight or a pistol grip.
The are available for attachement to Picatinny rails only, but the manufacturer (MIM-Mfg.com) told me that they will be available for attachment to the sling swivel stud very soon.

Is there any way to lock the swivel function so it doesn't move when you don't want it too, or is there enough resistance in the swivel to where it won't just spin around on it's own?

Since my original post I've learned of the Atlas bi-pods that pan for a price of course.  Good question on whether it is free panning or not don't really see any info on a lock or anything.
