Was thinking about building a pistol, But dont quite understand the law. I know i cant own a barrel under 16" while owning other AR's/parts. But if i buy a stripped lower what would i put on the registration for barrel length. As i might not be able to find what i want right away with the way the things are right now. Could i still buy the lower and register it without a barrel.
edit: i believe they register it and inspection of the firearm you used to have to bring them in to your local PD, but i believe now you can just mail in forms, this just started in Jan and i have not bought a pistol in 09 so i am unsure. But still looking for the answer to my first question |
