I am considering an Armalite as a LE (M-15 16" LE Carbine) patrol rifle, but you really don't find much about them. Are they a good rifle, why don't you hear much about them.

Because they're not that great for the money compared to Colt or BCM.
I have an Armalite stripped that I built and it's a damn nice piece of aluminum but I wouldn't buy a complete rifle.

They have just fallen by the wayside with all of the competition. They make good rifles, and they have lowered prices as well. I bet if you get it, you won't have any problems with it.

Armalite is a good plain vanilla rifle. If the price is right, I wouldn't be afraid of it.
