Question about the A.R.M.S.® #36™ S-EX OSR Swan® Sleeve.

I ordered one of these for my AR10, I just need to get my Trijicon TR21 a little further forward and I just dropped a bunch on a SPR form my AR15.  I have to figure out what height rings to use on top of the #36, I am thinking low ones will work ok, but I am concerned that the objective of the Trijicon will not allow this.  And if the #36 sits too high medium rings might be too tall to achieve a good cheek weld.

1. Anyone know how much height the #36 adds to the receiver?
2. Anyone know what I should do about my rings, or should I just pick both low and medium rings up and see which ones work better.

Thanks!!!!!

[#1]
1: 1/2 in higher

2: go w/ the one that feels the best and most natural--you just get a cheek weld, and your eye and scope are set
