Can I install an auto BCG into an AR without it being regulated by the NFA?  Do I have to possess all of the parts listed below to be in violation of the NFA?

Just be sure to throw it down, jump on it, run over it with a truck, let the neigbor hood kids play with it for 4-5 days and then send it to AFT for testing and if you DON'T get the knock on your door in the next 4 years, then it MAY be safe to use. If they send it back have fun. he he he he
