B5 just came in from PA and am running into some problems..
The main one being that it won't slide on to the buffer tube without the little locking thing catching. Can I pop the roll pin out and maybe adjust it lower?
Can I reuse the roll pin?

Did you pull the back end of the lever UP, i.e. away from the stock, to put it on?

this..you pull the lever up to put it on the tube, then squeeze it to slide it back and forth on the tube..

It seems obvious after you figure it out.  It took me a couple of minutes to come up with the solution too.  It would help if they threw in a piece of paper or something to give you a little clue.  My standard CAR stock came already mounted to the extension, so I hadn't ever taken mine off.  I know now though!
