Any quality particle inspected and pressure tested BCG with the proper steel will serve you very well.  I like the one I have from Spikes Tactical that came with my upper.

I have "upgraded' to a WMD Guns NiB-X for its increased lubricity and easy of cleaning.   I do not think it will function any longer or better under normal use.  I do think it will survive torture conditions better, if it ever comes to water immersion, dirt or grime in the action and extreme duty under dirty or low lubrication situations where I can't properly service the BCG.

I do not buy into the hogwash about full auto versus semi-auto, either.  No practical difference or reason to buy full auto.

But I keep the Spikes BCG in my range bag.  its good to have spare parts, if for no other reason than the bolt, itself, or the firing pin and gas rings.

I've been using the ToolCraft BCG's and couldn't be happier.  My current LW build is using the phosphate version with the Cryptic Coatings logo (sister company of ToolCraft).

Everything from standard phosphate to their crazy Mystic Black.
