| Ok guys I need some clarification on this subject. Why are heavier BCGs more desirable in defensive weapons rather then the lighter ones? I don't really understand why a lighter BCG would cause a rifle to malfunction more then a heavier one. I just ordered a Young National Match Bolt Carrier Group "light" because it advertises less recoil. Seeing that my rifle is intended as a Home defense weapon, I'm worried I might have mad a wrong decision. After researching, I found that most people tend to stray away from lighter BCGs for personal defense and action shooters lean toward them. I just done get it. Please explain. |
