has anybody put a kmr9 on a 10.3/.5 " barrel?? I am currently building an AR pistol with a Daniel Defense 10.3" BHF barrel under a kmr 9. Gonna put an AAC brakeout 2.0 on the end. Should be finished getting cerakoted first of next week. I'll post pics when I get it assembled. |

Word on the street is the metal mixture used in the KMR does not conduct or transfer heat as well as aluminum rails. Is this true, if so, how much so by mag dumps? I don't see alot of 15inch KMRs are they out yet? I need it for 18 inch build of awesomeness.

View Quote The main reason why it feels hotter is cause your hand is closer to the barrel so if the KMR was a lot bigger it would feel cooler.

Aervoe rattle can Sand (base coat), Highland, and OD. A swatch of camo netting. A quick scrub with degreaser on oily areas, a few minutes of masking, and twenty minutes of spraying. It was super easy. |
