Hi guys

I am looking into getting a BFG padded VCAS sling and adding QD swivels and a burnsed socket. I really like to have a 1 or 2 point sling. I am wondering how the padded version does as a modular sling.

Thanks beforehand

Tom

I have the BFG Padded VCAS Push Button sling with qds on both ends and am going to add either a triglide or the burnsed socket. i had the ms4 before the BFG and also like the ability to switch from a 2 pt to 1 pt configuration. i dont see why it wouldnt suffice. It is way better in terms of comfortability compared to other slings i have tried and am completely satisfied. blows the Magpul MS4 sling i had out the water hands down.

Thanks for the info I'm looking to get it in OD Green and I can only find it at BFG. Also I would like to get the aluminum hardware version so how does that compare to the plastic hardware. I mean is the metal to over the top. And Damage USA is having a sale on QD swivels buy one get one free. So ill probably get swivels there and get just the sling and burnsed socket from BFG.

Yeah I was thinking that and that the aluminum will be a lil more noisier when moving. So I guess I'm goin with the acetal version. Thanks again if anyone else has any input lets hear it.

I'd strongly suggest taking a look at http://www.advancedgunslinger.com/products/hit_sling/HITS-MKII and their modular 1-2 point sling, very smooth transitions.  Check out the Mk II and the several accessories available, it can suit whatever setup you want to run.
