Since you guys were helpful with my reflex/red dot sight decision I now come to you for backup sights.
My Windham has the A.R.M.S. 71L F/R set. I'm looking now for a set of backup sights for my newly built AR. I'm not looking to empty my bank c account out. Having said that I can't see spending more than $100 on BUIS. I do like the A.R.M.S. sights that are on my Windham but I've also been looking at the Magpul MBUS gen 2s. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Since I only have experience with the A.R.M.S. 71s in definitely looking for proof and con's of different BUIS. Thanks. |

Thanks. Been going back and forth on which set to get. Almost pulled the trigger on the MBUS at the range the other day. Ended up opting for another PMAG instead.
I do like having the option for windage/elevation adjustments. I ended up ordering the ARMS 71L set. Got tired of going back and forth on which set. Thanks for the input. |

Even though their basically made of polymer the sights are rugged enough for civilian life. ARMS is also good but a little more expensive. Get what ever fits your pocket book as they're both good products. Impala |
