What would have better expansion, or i guess more or less what has better stopping power, at close range

A heavier subsonic .223 75gr HPBT, or a lighter supersonic 55gr XM193 FMJ?

Would the subsonic expand as well as the supersonic?

Another plus side to subsonic, i wouldnt blowout my eardrums as bad in a HD situation

A subsonic 75gr BTHP wouldn't expand, fragment, or anything else. Plus, it'd have to be a handload, and it wouldn't cycle your action.

Get a bonded soft point or TSX/TTSX if you expansion.  As opposed to fragmentation.

None of the bullets you listed will expand at subsonic velocities.
