I've got a carbine upper with a heavy barrel on order from Model 1 but I won't have it until, .. say, November.  I'm going ahead and getting the rest of my build together so everything will be waiting on it in the mean time, I plan on putting a YHM Lightweight free float on it.  The end cap comes in two inside diameters, one is a 15/16" and the other is 1 & 1/16 and I'm not sure which one I need without a barrel to measure.  Anyone happen to know which size I need?

Usually the smaller one is used unless the barrel is a full bull barrel of .936 inch.  15/16 is .937 inch so for any barrel smaller than a bull barrel, use the 15/16 cap.  For a bull barrel of .936 to 1.000 inch, use the larger 1 1/16 inch cap.
Heavy barrels are generally not near as big as bull barrels, so the HBAR is well under 15/16 inch.

You could always CAP it after the fact.
