What is the barrel diameter of a heavy barrel and a standard barrel?

I'm not trying to be smartass, but it depends on your definition of "standard" and "heavy".  There is light weight/super light, government profile, M4 profile,HBar and bull.  LW is about .565-.570, government profile is .675-.625, M4 which has several OD measurements, but at the FSB is .750, IIRC.  HBAR is the same, except it's .750 down the length of the barrel.

Barrel OD.  Trying to find out if my POF has a heavy or standard barrel.

It's basicly a fluted HBAR.  Some have the M4 cut in the front, some don't.  If your's doesn't have the spot without flutes, it's a fluted HBAR.  If it doesn't it's still basicly the same, except for the small M203 step down in front of the front sight base.  I hope this helped.

That is what I thought.  Mine has continuous fluting.  Range master can not believe a sixteen inch barrel can shoot  such close groups at two hundred yards.  Thanks.

Tell him it's a Mike Rock barrel.  Those are great barrels that they put on the POF's.  You're getting a $350 to $450 barrel on the POF's.
