I have an upper which requires that I adjust the rear sight almost all the way to the right in order to shoot on target.  Accuracy is excellent, but this is annoying.

I'm assuming that the barrel simply wasn't "screwed on" to exact standards.  Is this correct, and is it easily rectified?  Thanks.
