Forms you need: 2 form 1's, 2 FD-258s with correct agency stamped in ORI block, 2 passport photos, 2 compliance forms. Print pages 1 and 2 of Form 1 on same sheet ( http://www.atf.gov/forms/pdfs/f53201.pdf ) Get two 2x2 inch color-passport size photos; attach to form Go to local PD and get fingerprinted Contact CLEO and find out when it would be good to bring the forms in for him to sign Mail all the from with $200 to the address on the from 1.... wait, wait, wait, wait..... Don't buy the barrel until you receive the stamp... |
