Did you mount the scope or did a gun smith? If you mounted it, are you sure you mounted it correctly?
In the past, have you been able to shoot better groups with a different rifle? It may be the shooter. Have you tried any heavier rounds? Any 77g by chance? Has anyone else tried shooting it? If no one is able to get it to group and everything else has been checked, you may have gotten a bad barrel. |

1st: Try match ammo through it. I'd suggest Hornady (55gr or 75gr bthp) or Federal gold medal match (69gr). You only need a box or two to determine what the problem is. You shoot a group and have a friend shoot a couple groups.
If it still doesn't group, try sending it back. In my honest opinion? Daytona Tactical looks like the goobers that set up at the local gunshows and assemble uppers for folks out of Chinese sourced parts. No manufacturer info about their receivers, rails, bolt carrier groups, or barrels. The barrels look "cool" with the fluting and paint jobs, but underneath it all they're garbage. |

I agree. I had a buddy say he had a good experience so I took a shot in the dark I'm not even 200 rds in and I'm on my 3rd extractor and an unsightable barrel. It's just gonna end up being cheaper to change the barrel then buy all match quality ammo. Quoted:

If it were me, I'd put several boxes of quality ammo through it just to be sure. Try a box of federal gold medal at 100yds and see what shakes out. I hope it works for you as I don't have high hopes for a refund. The gun show builders piss me off. They lie about parts origin (had one tell me they made their own barrels when asked where they came from) and they make ridiculous claims. If the barrel won't shoot, sell it to your buddy who turned you on to them. I figure he owes you that at least. |
