OK guys i got my M4 Barrel today and went to the garage to install. i used the recommended grease on threads and hand tightened barrel nut i then set torque wrench to 30 Ft Lbs and torque it. then broke it loose and re torqued a second and third time. check notch in barrel nut for gas tube and it is aligned right at 30 Ft Lbs. so is it OK to leave it there at 30 ft lbs.

Yes, as long as it lines up correctly, you shouldn't have any problem.

OK cool, i was just worried that i was at the minimum torque setting, but 30 ft lbs is fine right.
