| I have a PSA premium dissy upper that I cut the delta ring off of and installed a centurion CMR rail on. I now want to get a new delta ring and springs and install some Magpul Moe handguards. I know I have to pull the barrel but will i have to headspace upon reinstall? I am assuming I will lose my zero as well. |

With the same bolt and barrel, headspace shouldn't change. You can check it anyway if you want, but the relationship is between the bolt face, the barrel extension and the chamber of the barrel to which the barrel extension is fitted, and none of those are changing.
POI may change, depending on the harmonics of the new barrel and handguard assembly. |
