Is there a way to tell if a AR15/M16 barrel is hammer forged??

Also is there a list of manufactures that make hammer forged barrels.

I guess it depends on the manufacturer. My BCM barrel is marked to confirm that it's cold hammer forged.

FN and Daniel Defense are two that I know produce hammer forged barrels, but there may be a others.

There are also several brands that sell barrels made by FN.
