I'm looking for suggestions for a 300 yard .223 barrel.  20in or 24in.  What are some of the most accurate? Thanks.

You don't need a barrel that long for 300 yards not to mention it will be unwieldy for anything other than off a bench. I would suggest a Douglas or krieger barrel from compass lake engineering for best accuracy. Cost is great too. I would suggest a 16 or 18 inch length for a 300 yard gun.

White Oak Armament sells Wilson Barrels turned by Compass Lake for a good price. Very Accurate. Mine is better than me.

I got a 16" White oak barrel from d9 firearms in kansas city, and at the range this last weekend I was shooting 1/2 moa groups at 300.. standing up unloading the mag about one round per second, I shot a 12 inch circle, and I am not a marksman by any means..  20's and 24's are way overkill for 223.. they make the gun unusable. darrel at d9 has some seriously sick barrels white oak, Krieger, ect.... and the length doesn't matter near as much as how the gun is set up.. I'm getting minimal drop at 300, and I'm zero at 100

Compass lake isn't chambering WOA barrels now, they have their own machine.
Seems like WOA may be using more Shilens now too.
Barrels produced by either CL or WOA should shoot fine but, if I had the choice of picking any barrel it would be a Krieger DCM 7.7 twist and shoot 69smks loaded with 24gr of RE15 and CCI 450 primers.

Nail on the head there. I just finished a build using a Krieger 22" 7.7 twist. It loves this exact load.

Where are you getting that info? In their FAQ on their web site they still state tha WOA barrels are turned on Wilson blanks by CLE.Link
The WOA barrels are Wilson blanks that I have turned and chambered to my specs by Frank White. Frank has the equipment to do this work much faster than I can which allows me to spend my time making WOP uppers. We all know Frank does great work so my customers get a top quality workmanship. Not only that, but when you buy a WOA upper you are also supporting CLE which keeps the money in the HP community. How can you loose with a combination like that. :-)

I will say I am very happy with Black Hole Weaponry. My barrel is a 20"HBAR 1x8 poly3.  Their products and Customer Service is great, Carl has always answer my questions.   If you want to save a few bucks get one from EE. Surplus Ammo and Arms is selling the over stock barrels, call Gary at 253-273-9634 and ask what he has.
