Understanding Firearm Ballistics by Robert Rinker. An engineer might tell you that its a waste of time but for a shooter who wants a little insight, I think its a great book.

Internal, external, or terminal ballistics?



I'm going to assume you mean external ballistics and go ahead and recommend this:








It might be a bit more in depth than you need, but if you read it you won't be sorry.

Some people feel it is a bit simplified or dumbed down, but as long as you're not trying to put satellites into geo orbit it should help.
