I'm putting together a Seekins lower right now and it doesn't want to accept the Battle Arms Development ambi safety. It also has a Mega trigger in it. I tried it with a standard trigger and the safety still will not fit.

I even tried installing the safety first and then fitting the trigger underneath but that doesn't work either.

Is there a compatibility issue with the Seekins lower and Battle Arms safety?

I've built many standard lowers with standard parts and have never had this issue.

I have a battle arms ambi safety in my seekins billet lower. Had zero issues, does it simply not slide in?  If it is there billet lower you have to adjust the trigger adjustment screw all the way out and the put the trigger in then the safety.

I'm afraid the lower I have is out of spec. I tried switching safety selectors with my PSA lower and it works fine in that. The hole in the Seekins appears to be drilled too low. I can see more of the trigger through the hole in the Seekins than in my PSA lower.

I hope the dealer or Seekins takes care of the issue.

Did you have the hammer cocked before trying to install the safety?

Is it a billet or forged lower? You should see no trigger looking through the hole.....if its a billet lower ou need to unscrew the trigger adjustment screw...
