It won't get tight against the lower. No matter what I do there is always a little gap and some wiggle when I install this thing. If it matters it's a Rock River lower. HELP!! THANKS IN ADVANCE GUYS!!!!

Just shoot it, you'll be fine.  If you can't abide the wiggle, buy an Accuwedge.

For what it's worth, my CMMG lower and RRA upper and parts kit do the same thing.  I just had to have a tight fit so I bought an Accuwedge.  It's a waste of $5.00 in my humble opinion.

This rifle, loose fit and all, is awesome - the accuracy is unbelievable, even with me pulling the trigger.  Just shoot it!

The Accuwedge will eliminate the slop, but my point here is it doesn't matter in the least.

YMMV, of course.

Ken

BTW, I believe Armalite has a decent write-up on these. Here it is:

It sounds like your grip screw is too long and the screw is bottoming out.  You've got a couple options.

1. Grind the end of the screw down so that it is shorter.
2. go to the hardware store and get a thick washer.

Go with the thicker washer you may have to grind the sides of the washer to get it in the handle but i have done it to a few rifles.Dont grind the screw unless you have a tap and die set to fix the threads or ya might damage the threads in the lower when ya put it back in.

About the Accuwedge; I grinded my on belt sander, do it slow to not to overheat it and match it until upper closes tight, it realy works, I hated  the slop between Deltone upper and Stag lower now is good.
