I recently purchased a Battlecomp 1.0 and upon threading the device onto my barrel, I noticed there was a good amount of play when I wiggled the comp when it was not fully threaded on. The inside threads look good and my barrel threads look fine as well. The amount of play was definitely more than the standard A2. It did however thread up tight when I installed it. I'm just curious if this is normal for the Battlecomp. Gun I installed it on was a DDV5.

Could be worse, with the comp threads too tight instead.
As for once the comp is tightened up, it's pressure flush to the barrel shoulders, that that should be maintain its bore line to the barrel bore line. So long as you are not getting bullet strikes to the comp, then your good to go. |
