Can someone recommend a decent bench rest for sighting in my rifle.
Thanks |

Sinclair International.
www.sinclairint.com Their rest is very good. Bare in mind, you must get the correct forend rest to match the gun you are shooting. For example, a light varmint gun is different than a sporter rifle is different than an AR (not taking in to account the variablity in handguards...) |

I've used EVERYTHING under the sun.....Uncle Mikes shooting bags, gun vises, bull bags, etc.
I finally found a combination that works the best for me: find a good quality front rest like Caldwells Rock, a couple of "elbow" bags for your shooting arm and a rear sandbag or two for the butt of the rifle. I fill my sandbags with kitty litter, this keeps their weight to a minimum. YMMV. |
