I picked up a 50 Beowulf upper in trade.  It appears to be the 'entry' version, with the 16" bbl and railed gas block.

The upper is unmarked, and I have only been able to locate two sources of Beowulf uppers (Alexander Arms & Satern).
I have noted that the Alexander Arms uppers are marked as such.   Anyone have any ideas where my unmarked upper
might have come from?

(I posted this in the Alex Arms section as well...figured it would get a little more exposure here)

I don't remember my Alexander Arms version having markings on it, but I'll have to check after work.

I thought that I had seen pix of one online that had "Alexander Arms" on the side opposite the ejection port,
perhaps I am mistaken.  I would really appreciate it if you check yours and lemme know!

Jolly, thanks for taking the time to look/post!

FYI GrendalAA was able to fill me in on the details about my unmarked Beo upper, as seen below:

Quoted:
During the first year or so of Beowulf builds, unmarked uppers from Rock River were used and sourced from Superior Machine.
From the information given:
Best estimate is an AA upper produced in late 2001 or early 2002, with a Lothar Walther barrel. The bolt and barrel extension were produced most likely by Inovo at that time.
They looked remarkably like the current Entry uppers, so that fits.

Thanks to all those that replied, and especially to GrendelAA!
