Thanks Halcocked...Beotch?, now I know where your name came from, I was kidding sista, but in a search you don't know who it is. I have been doing my research for about 2-3 weeks. I have contacted many but the answers are we can do this but not that. So I am looking for someone who has most experience and ability. I have tried the two you have suggested. I have gotten the most succes so far with Randall Rausch of www.ar15barrels.com so far. But my experience is null for the most part on this. I want to make sure throat is optimized, proper headspace and chamber centered w/ bore, etc. I fI am going to spend the money I want someone who can do it the best. Thanks again. |

What are "your specs"???? Does this mean custom chambering? Custom profiling? Odd caliber? Many of the industry partners here don't do things like that but have the inside track on how to get that stuff done. ADCO. MSTN, Bravo Company USA, G&R Tactical and JTAC Supply all can do just about whatever you want. White Oak Armament and Compass Lake would be more apt to supply custom, off the wall stuff, but expect to pay for services like that. |
I would stay away from GA Precision unless you want your credit card charged and have to wait months for the product.I have had eaglefirearms out of colorado build me 2.Both 16"HBARS,Bushmaster barrels with RRA uppers,t handle and bolt group,M4 handguards.The A2 was 506 delivered ready to shoot and the flat top $442.They are authorized RRA and Bushmaster dealers along with ARMS and a host of others for forends and parts their site is www.eaglefirearms.net.You can also try ADCO and Pete from Legal Transfers in new hampshire.My latest upper will be a barrel and flat top upper from CMMG,its a 4150 chrome lined 14.5 /phantom and its anM4 profile and has the ramp cuts and proper M4 extension minus T handle and carrier group$300,Im still debating wether to get a gas block with fold down front sight.
