What is the best rail system in terms of the way it attaches to the fire arm I been looking at a TROY but was not sure if clamping to the barrel nut was the best way to go. ?????????????

Free float or no free float?

For non-free floated the KAC RAS is about as sturdy as it gets...

the absolute best depends on a lot of factors

if you want lightest, the DD Lite series will serve you well.

in some cases it can be lighter than the original hardware it replaces.

it also provides a continuous top rail, which may not be important to you, but i prefer it.

Anybody have experience with the Midwest Industries FF quad rail?  Is it heavy?  I like the price and ease of installation.

Well in that case, if you want the BEST, STRONGEST, MOST DURABLE...

It attaches easier than most too, you just pop these two pins out and stick it on your lower.
