ARMS Harris Bipod adapter is pretty cool.  It allows you to quickly install/remove a Harris bipod from a rail (e.g., SIR, RAS, etc.).  I believe MSTN (MSTN.biz) sells Harris bipods and the adapters.

For those of us on a budget (aka cheap) there is a bipod that mounts directly to a weaver rail. Since I already had a rail under my forearm and I only paid $20 for the bipod at a gun show I can't complain. They have the same thing at Sogarmory if you want to check it out.

I use the Harris for the most part, with the new ARMS #32, but sometimes I use the ARMS bipod when I want to cut down on all the bulk most bipods seem to pack.
