Larue Tacticals Stealth upper- I have this one very good looks like a normal upper, except closer tolerances and thicker in appropriate places.  http://stores.homestead.com/Laruetactical/Detail.bok?no=56
Vltor Mur- The classic always a good choice.
Sun Devil- Don't know to much.
Rainier arms- Really close tolerances http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=1611
Mega- Always have mad excellent products, you can't go wrong although I'm not sure where to get these or if you even can yet. Eta: http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/detail&product_id=1624
Spikes- Not sure about these yet either.

Edit, I just got a Magpul BAD lever today, and it DOES fit with my Stealth upper.

Wonder why the Larue Stealth upper doesn't have the M4 feedramps...  Anyone find any problems with this?

My guess is that very few Larue uppers find their way to M4's

Thousands upon thousands of AR's find a way to run just fine without the magical M4 cuts
