You are in GBR right? couldn't it be that it is not extracting because it is a single shot AR complying with the GBR laws?......no, it can't be.

(1) Please stop yelling; it's hard to read.

(2) It's an ASA, not known for top quality.

(3) Lots of reasons it won't extract.  Do you have any more details?  Does it chamber a round if you drop the bolt on it?  Is it hard to extract (live round / empty case) by hand with the charging handle?  Without more details, it could be a weak extractor spring, gas leak, etc.

HI, ASA CERTAINLY DO TOP PRICE THOUGH, UNFIRED ROUND 5.56/.223, IT'S A STRUGGLE TO EXTRACT WITH THE CHARGER, THINKING THE CHAMBER NEEDS REAMING?

Oh ok bodie, just a piece of advice since you're kind of new in these forums, please UNLOCK YOUR CAPS.

Also, checking your headspace couldn't hurt.

ASA made a huge amount of barrels with tight chambers and most had chrome bores. If it does have a chrome bore you may as well buy a new barrel.
