| Got a 7.5" SBR, running a Troy pdw stock. With the bolt locked back, it releases way too easy. With minimal movement of the rifle, or slapping in a loaded mag. Ordered a new spring from Troy. Anyone had this problem? |
| I'd guess something is restricting the movement of the bolt catch, not allowing sufficient engagement with the BCG. The bore that the bolt catch plunger rides in may have a burr, or the channel the bolt catch lives in might have some flash. I'd start by removing the bolt catch and investigating. |
