Does the whole Bolt carrier assembly have to be swapped in a 6.8 build, or just the bolt,

Pretty sure just the bolt.. same with the 7.62x39 round

Just the bolt. The bolt face is cut out to take the larger 6.8 cartridge head. The carrier is unchanged.
