I see that there is a combo brownells mag block and magazine on their site. Does Brownells manufacture those? And are they any good?

It is their brand, but I do not think they "make" it. The block is apparently the same as the Rock River block. The picture on their site shows what looks like a Metalform magazine-top notch stuff there.

The "AR-15/M16 9MM CONVERSION BLOCK & MAGAZINE" should be metalform mags and hahn blocks (std bottom loader or std top loader).

The "CAR-15/M4 9MM LOWER RECEIVER CONVERSION KIT" should be all or mostly rra parts.

You can call them to confirm - but ymmv on who you will get and how they will answer or if they will pull the item and confirm for you instead of just saying "the manufacturer is brownells"...
