Any feedback on these?

Brownells brags about the mags that they are producing.  They cost more the nothers, $16 as I recall but on a recent order  I added one. When you look at it there are subtle differences as you would expect from brand t obrand, but nothing that really jumps out at you.  All of my mags feed reliably, so I have no real comparison.  Anyone else?

I bought 8 - they were a waste of $$, IMO.  Four did not fit my Wilson Combat at all and barely went into the Bushmasters, which are not known for tight mag wells.  If you can get them in the gun they work well, but for the price Borwnells wants you'd be better off to save your $$ and buy D&H, Center, Okay, NHMTG, or CProducts for $10 a pop.  All are better than the Brownells, IMO.

I bought two Brownells mags a year ago, maybe more, and they work great.  I dont know who makes them for Brownells now but at one time I heard CProducts was producing them.  Personally for the price and the support of this web site I only buy CProducts now.

Quality sucked when they first started making mags and mag bodies around 2002.

Quality is good enough now that they got awarded a military contract. They no longer subcontrract out their mag production.
