Can't say I was as attentive to buffer color when getting issued an M16 wasn't considered an insult, though.

I just pulled the buffer from a A2...it's anodized greenish gold like the second buffer..and the polymer tip/bumper is..yeh..maybe wine colored,,although mine is darker..almost brown.
Pretty sure it's a genuine Colt M16 A2 buffer..that's what this rifle is made from. This being a Century A2 and anything identifiable is used Colt M16 A2 parts...although this buffer has no markings. |
