A buddy of mine recommended I get a good set of tungsten buffers for my RUC Rev for shooting all different kinds of ammo. Where's the best place to get them from?

Your RUC should have come with an H buffer. Are you having issues with weaker ammo, or something?

In my experience, the Rainier barrels are properly gassed.

As Alaska responded, I think just "one" H Buffer will do.

Oh ok well this is just in preparation. Haven't shot it yet. Range time next week :)

I would think a well built AR can shoot pretty much anything without issue.

If you haven't fired it yet don't worry about changing the buffer until it becomes an issue.

Your buddy should know that your H buffer already has 1 tungsten weight in it, as well as 2 steel weights. Your H buffer will be fine for a variety of ammunition.
