Building my first ar and I'm looking for recomendations for a buffer kit (particularly what weight). Will be using the gun for some coyote hunting but mostly a range gun. The barrel length 16" middy Rainer select series stainless steel ( hoping they will be in stock soon).

Standard, maybe an H.
