I've got a Daniel Defense pencil barrel with a mid length Adams Arms 3 position kit.
I was wondering the buffer I should consider. It seems that the DD barrels are usually over gassed.
I was thinking about the Spikes ST-T2.
My next question is, where is the best place to buy good buffer springs?
I imagine a standard carbine spring should work?

I like Damage Industries enhanced springs. They have a service life well past the life of a regular M16. IIRC they're good for 750,000 cycles. Price is about half of a SPRINCO spring and double a standard spring.

I wouldn't bother with a Spikes T2, a standard H2 is more effective at reducing bolt bounce.
