I have 3 different looking CAR buffer springs and I'm trying to figure out which one, if any, are milspec. Wondering if anyone can ID one of these as being milspec...

Spring #1: matte metallic finish (stainless looking but holds a magnet), spring i.d. = .773"; o.d. = .927"; 27.5 coils per 7 inches of length; wire thickness = .072"; overall length 10-5/8"; coil winding is counter-clockwise (going down when looking end-on). I'm thinking this is a likely candidate, but it held a magnet.

Someone mentioned that milspec springs are, "17-7 passivated stainless steel". Does anyone know if a milspec spring, or 17-7 stainless, will hold a magnet? The spring on my issue weapon looked like stainless, but I never considered/had the need to hold a magnet to it at the time.

Spring #2: Black/blued finish (holds a magnet also), spring i.d. = .790"; o.d. = .933"; 22 coils per 7 inches of length; wire thickness = .071"; overall length 11-5/16"; coil winding is clockwise (going down when looking end-on). I doubt this one is because it's black/blue.

Spring #3: Black/blued finish (holds a magnet also), spring i.d. = .799"; o.d. = .943"; 22 coils per 7 inches of length; wire thickness = .071"; overall length 11-1/4"; coil winding is clockwise (going down when looking end-on). I doubt this one is because it's black/blue also.
