Can I tell just by looking, if my buffer is regular or an H buffer?

The 'H" buffer has an 'H' stamped on the face.

Thanks for the quick response. Mine doesn't have that. I have a CMMG 14.5" with a full auto carrier. I think I need to get an H buffer to help with the cycling.
