Just got my build *officially* completed today!  It's been in working order, with irons for about a week, but I just threw on the EOTech 512.  It's an RRA upper/lower.  Ended up going with an almost complete lower (no buffer tube) and complete upper, so it was pretty easy.  Already thinking about the next build...and I'll make sure to get more involved with it.

Got to shoot it before the EO went one...decent accuracy, it shoots better then me.  Didn't have the time to adjust the irons a whole lot, it was shooting low/right.  Only bummer was a handful of FTF when using XM193.  Presumably light strikes...however they had a good dimple in the primer.  Two of them went off the second time around, the other didn't.  I'm hoping that's due to me over oiling it...

Should get a chance to try her out with the new next week.

Very nice I bet the next time you are out shooting the FTF will be history. and I am glad your not one of them PARANOID dudes who are always blanking out part or all of their firearm S/Ns Like someone is lurking in the forum to steal their S?N and stamp it on one of their firearms. Make me laugh everytime I see it done.

I bet they also cover their auto tags fearing someone will steal their letters and numbers and put them on a paper LOST TAG deal.

Yeah, I hope the FTF issue disappears as well...I'm going to shoot the hell out of (just going into the woods) so hopefully whatever is going on will be "worked out".

I never worry about covering up my serial numbers...or plate numbers..I don't follow the hype about someone jacking all your stuff by filing a false stolen goods report.
