| I am not able to find a middy barrel that meets my needs for a build that I am trying to do, so let me float this idea. Get a 16" carbine barrel (non M4). Install a low profile gas block. Get a YHM free float middy tac handguard that will fit over the gas block. Get some sort of end cap to dress it up (business end, do not care for it being open) Install forward flip sight on the hand guard. Will this work or is there a place to get the barrel that I want? |
| I have ,but aren't they geared more towards building custom barrels? I want a plain jane middy, stripped, preferably chrome, but not absolutely necessary. I would rather see a picture of something that is already made and get that. Also, it needs to be reasonable cost. |

pkfirearms.com has sabre defense 16" mid's that are 1/7 chrome lined w/ m4 feed ramps on the extentsion and are thin profiled under the handguards.... ...dunno if this is what you're looking for but i know that sabre defense bbl's are extremely accurate according to some on here. |
