You paid about double pre-panic price for the Spikes upper and the BCG (which you know) but other than that not too bad.  It looks like a nice build when it is done!

I just got a Spikes 9mm upper for $180 new for my build.

ETA: Isn't that actually a MIAD grip since it has the replaceable front and back straps?

How much was an assembled upper pre-panic?

Most of the BCGs i see are $250 or more now so I figured the WMD one I picked up wasn't TOO bad, considering.

Yeah, it's actually a MIAD. An old one too, it has the built in trigger guard.

Well, Brownells had the Smith Vortex G6-A2 on sale for $51.99. Score.

It is more correct to use a gemtech on my Mk18 inspired setup anyway.

-I got a PSA Stainless assembled upper at the end of November for $339

-You could sell that MIAD for a chunk of change now, to all the guys that break trigger guards!  It is a sought after item

-Many of us just bought the WMD Nickle Boron Full Auto BCG a few weeks ago for $220

Nice, im also in the process of gathering parts for an SPR-ish tac driver for pre-panic prices. Was able to get in on a group buy from a local company for $150 billet lowers, a free matched upper (thats right), and a cheap nickel/boron full auto BCG. Just gotta wait another couple months or so for it to all get produced (thousands of people ordered in a few day period).

no go on "free" upper, if we're talkin about shadow ops deal. i think its just option of "cheaper" matched upper...not tryin to bring you down- just read that on facebook or in their email or something

Started building this rifle about mid Feb. in it for 975 including 6 metal mags, the RDS is borrowed….From all stripped parts, the stuff is out there if one does research and gets on wait lists. I admit to having some good luck as well but I really hustled….still needs irons

Thank you sir , yours is going to rock as well. 90% of mine came from Midway wait lists....a lot of parts coming in all the time. I wouldn’t have started it probably but a friend had a couple Aero Precision lowers and he gave me one for what he bought them for, $65.....and I just got lucky after that.. Red X stripped upper $68 , things like that......good luck to you !
