I will be adding some pics shortly, but I have a few things I want to run by everybody here and get some input. I installed the adams arms system yesterday to complete my rifle, and everything seemed fine. Go to test fire in a test fire drum, and it won't chamber at all with the bolt being locked back. I put a loaded magazine in with the bolt locked back, hit the bolt release and it jams the round straight into the chamber, leaving the round still in the magazine. I tried Pmags, Tango downs, and standard GI mags. The gun is a build I did with mega machine lower and upper with a sabre barrel. I slapped my upper on a Ruger sr 556 lower earlier today and the problem was completely remedied. The only thing I can think to try is to swap out to a heavier buffer and buffer spring? The buffer/ buffer spring in the Ruger are considerably heavier and like I said seemed to fix the problem.
The gun ran fine once I chambered a round using my complete Mega setup, but I didn't get to test it with the Ruger lower on the gun. I spoke with Adams Arms and they seemed to believe that something is out of spec in my mega lower/upper combo...
Any thought or ideas I would love to hear them.
Here is one pic for now.

Are the rounds feeding into the chamber or not?  You sure your magazine is in all the way, make sure to give it a good slap on the bottom.

Magazine is seated properly, Ive made sure to slap it in everytime. It will not chamber with the bolt being locked back, if I place the magazine in the gun with the bolt forward and rack it, sometimes it chambers, sometimes it doesn't. About 50/50. It worked everytime in every condition with the Ruger lower on it. I meant to say that the round goes straight into the feed ramps... My bad

I thinking too much extractor tension. I usually run a "H" buffer, a Full auto Bolt/Carrier. For my Extractor I run a heavy spring with a Black bumper, But leave out the "O" ring. The O ring usually gives so much tension that the Bolt and extractor has Brass smears and could also be giving chambering problems.
If this doesn't fix it. Then go over your piston install. I'm not that familiar with them but something isn't in right.
If you do get it to chamber a round, only load one round in the magazine and make sure it locks open after that round is fired. Do this about 3 or 4 times and then try a mag full.
