Well after looking up alot of the gun laws, I found you can build them in California with some restrictions as most states have. But thats not the hard part for me, its finding a FFL that will order a stripped lower here in the Bay Area/San Jose area of California. Has anyone been able to order a stripped lower in California and if so where? This will also be my first AR build his

Yeah I made a post on there for info. Ive found that most gun dealers in my immediate area wont order them just becuase they dont know all the gun laws and dont wanna risk things, which understandable.

You are way off the mark with that statement -- unless you consider 10% to be 'most.' MOST states don't have ANY restrictions. And the cool part is, you are free to choose to live in any one of them.

Haha yeah I should of thought of that one befor typing it. California sucks as far as laws go for guns. I really would like to live in another state just for the guns but current job and school keep me here.
